HEALTH AND FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT

​

Participants must complete a Health and Functional Assessment prior to joining our Rock Steady program. The assessment will help to establish the appropriate class for you to attend, and allow us to discuss your ability level, medical history, and any questions you may have about the program. Our goal is to challenge you but not to frustrate you with activity that is too slow or too fast.

 

The $85 ENROLLMENT FEE INCLUDES:

Health & Functional Assessment, Boxing Gloves, Fitted Gel Hand Wraps, Rock Steady T-Shirt, Mesh Gear Bag, and ID tag​

AFTER YOUR ASSESSMENT

Your coach will go over your results with you and discuss the best Rock Steady class for you! Classes can be purchased in a bundle ("6-Pack") for $110, or $25 each. We will help you sign up on our gym membership app, Push Press, where you can register for classes and see other programs we offer.
